Please Read all the Term and Conditions Carefully

  • Start and end kilometers, as well as total hours, are calculated garage-to-garage for every booking.
  • Customers must complete the duty slip.disputes regarding this will not be entertained.
  • All parking charges, tolls, and state entry fees are to be paid directly by the customer.
  • Sightseeing is conducted strictly as per the confirmed itinerary(vehicles will not be permitted to deviate from the planned route).
  • Miran Tourism Service may provide an equivalent vehicle if your selected car is unavailable.
  • All additional charges must be paid directly to the driver in cash.
  •  Please note, AC might not function in hilly areas or when the vehicle is parked or stationary.
  • Drivers are not permitted to exceed speed limits as per the Indian Motor Vehicles Act.
  • Miran Tourism Service reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion, without prior notice.
  •  For airport or railway transfers, customers must schedule the cab with sufficient lead time. delays due to traffic or other external factors are not the responsibility of Miran Tourism Service.

  • Please ensure you check the vehicle and your belongings before you leave. Miran Tourism Service is not responsible for any loss of bags or articles left behind. Customers are strongly encouraged to take full responsibility for their luggage and personal belongings during the journey. In case of loss or damage to items from the taxi during travel, Miran Tourism Service cannot be held liable.
  • If your booked vehicle faces a breakdown due to technical issues, Miran Tourism Service will make every effort to arrange a replacement vehicle promptly for major problems. Minor issues that require brief repair will be addressed on the spot. Your cooperation during such situations is appreciated to ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Miran Tourism Service is not liable for any delays, changes in itinerary, or additional expenses resulting from natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, adverse weather, illness, landslides, route closures, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to plan accordingly, as these external factors may impact travel schedules beyond our control.
  • Drivers will strictly avoid driving through no-entry zones and will not be compelled to navigate narrow streets or roads that may cause traffic congestion. The standard working hours for drivers are 12 hours per day. if you require services beyond this duration, please inform us in advance for proper arrangements.
  • In certain hill areas, driving after sunset and playing music is prohibited due to safety risks. We kindly request all passengers to cooperate with these regulations to ensure a safe journey.
  • Pickup and drop-off will be limited to a single location only. If your booking requires multiple pickups or drop-offs, please ensure this is clearly mentioned in your email communication before confirming the reservation.
  • If you plan to visit the same place multiple times, please inform us in advance as some locations have high parking fees that may affect your total travel cost.
  • Tour destinations and routes cannot be changed without prior notice. Please note that any amendments to the itinerary or tour destinations may result in revised rates.
  • Fuel price fluctuations in India may affect our rates. If diesel or petrol prices increase by more than 5% compared to the time of your booking, Miran Tourism reserves the right to adjust the rates accordingly, even if the fares were confirmed earlier.
  • Many popular tourist destinations and hill stations enforce “No Entry” zones and time-based restrictions on larger vehicles, including tourist buses. In such cases, guests are required to arrange alternative transportation at their own expense, as these additional costs are not covered in the standard travel package.
  • At some sightseeing locations, parking areas may be located a short distance away. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation between the parking spot and the tourist attractions, which is not included in the package cost.
  • Vehicles are permitted to access sightseeing points only along the designated route and within city limits as mentioned in the itinerary. For any additional or off-route sightseeing, sightseeing beyond city limits, or alternate sightseeing options, please contact the company in advance. Refunds are not available if any sightseeing point is omitted. For excursion plans, inform or discuss these with the company rather than the driver. Nearby sightseeing spots should be covered together, but occasional adjustments can be made for unforeseen issues at certain locations.
  • Please note that no refunds will be provided for short stays or if any facilities included in the package remain unused. We recommend reviewing your booking details carefully to avoid any inconvenience.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be provided for events beyond our control, including severe weather, landslides, natural disasters, fires, government-imposed embargoes, political or national crises, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, strikes, or similar unforeseen circumstances. These force majeure events may affect travel plans, and customers are advised to understand that such situations exempt the company from refund obligations.
  • Miran Tourism is not responsible for any delays or inability to reach the destination caused by factors beyond our control, including issues related to airlines, railways, buses, hotels, transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational or technical difficulties, and route or flight cancellations. Customers are advised to stay informed and plan accordingly.
  • Miran Tourism is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or theft of person or property occurring during the course of the tour. Customers acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the journey. It is recommended to take necessary precautions and consider travel insurance for added protection.
